Description

An old stone cellar and reception area, hillside vineyards, a panoramic view over the Loire Valley and a few meters above, the Château de la Turmelière, the perfect setting to discover the wines of Domaine du Haut Fresne. A family business for 3 generations, Domaine du Haut Fresne covers 85 hectares of vines in the communes of Drain, Liré, Bouzillé and St Géréon. Located at the crossroads of the Anjou, Pays Nantais and Coteaux d'Ancenis appellation areas, Domaine du Haut Fresne offers a wide range of wines: AOC Coteaux d'Ancenis, Malvoisie, Rouge and Rosé, AOC Muscadet Coteaux de la Loire, AOC Anjou, AOC Crémant de Loire. A particular favorite is their Cru communal Champtoceaux, a Muscadet aged 36 months in vats. Are you more of a red wine enthusiast? Their red Anjou La Pigeonnelle will delight your taste buds.
