About InterLoire - interprofession des Vins de Loire
InterLoire was created in 1999 by men and women driven by a common project: to promote and share the richness of Loire wines, in France and abroad. France's 3rd largest wine-growing region. Our associative structure enables us to be at the heart of the wine industry and to represent it with complete independence. Because the Vins de Loire adventure is above all a human adventure.
Within the Loire wine-growing basin, France's 3rd largest PDO wine-growing region, InterLoire represents 3/4 of the volumes produced and brings together 2/3 of the producers.
Our main actions:
- Federating all players in the industry, producers and merchants
- Supporting the economic dynamics of the wine market
- Encouraging innovation through research and experimentation
- Developing the reputation of Loire wines with the general public
Our raison d'être:
To represent, promote and enhance Loire wines, by serving the collective of Loire operators and guiding and coordinating the vineyard's response to tomorrow's challenges, in a sustainable and equitable approach.
