DOMAINE DE MIHOUDY

Domaine de Mihoudy is located in the charming village of Aubigné-sur-Layon, in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon, 35 km south of Angers. Domaine de Mihoudy, a family-run vineyard family-owned for six generations, covers 75 hectares of terroir ranging from schist to clay-schist. The diversity and richness of the terroirs help to establish the identity of the estate's wines, cuvées that "transpire" the winemaker's DNA. In love with their vineyards, they like to sign their famous "Vins de Conversation", reflecting terroir, grape variety and climatic conditions. Ever mindful of the need to protect the environment, they seek out the most appropriate growing techniques (soil cultivation, grassing, leaf thinning, etc.). The estate holds the "Terra Vitis" label. Domaine de Mihoudy welcomes groups for guided wine tastings, and also offers theme days on request.
