Domaine du Petit Clocher

The estate is the work of 4 successive generations of winegrowers, and has grown from 5 to 80 hectares in 50 years. The diversity of terroirs and grape varieties, and the passing on of traditional winemaking know-how, ensure that these wines are the quintessence of their appellations. Domaine du Petit Clocher adheres to the independent winegrowers' charter and has been awarded the label Excellence by the Loire Valley tourist cellars. Concerned with respecting the terroirs with adapted cultivation practices, the work is carried out in an environmentally friendly way: in lutte raisonnée. In 2018, the estate was awarded HVE level 3 certification. The Domaine du Petit Clocher adheres to the independent winegrowers' charter and has been awarded the Loire Valley tourist cellar Excellence label. At the Ligers 2024 competition, three vintages won medals: Gold Medal for Anjou Rouge 2023, Silver Medal for Anjou Blanc 2023 and Rosé de Loire 2023. The Concours Général Agricole also awarded no less than five medals to the domaine: Gold medal for Anjou Rouge 2023, Rosé de Loire 2023 and Cabernet d'Anjou 2023 Silver medal for Anjou Villages 2022 Bronze medal for IGP Chardonnay 2023 The Guide Hachette 2025 singled out six of the estate's cuvées: - Coteaux du Layon Nascentia Cuvée "Victoria" 2022 was awarded 2 stars and the jury's "Coup de Coeur". - Anjou Villages 2022 was awarded 2 stars. - IGP Chardonnay 2023 was awarded 2 stars. - Anjou Blanc 2023 was awarded 1 star. - Crémant de Loire Blanc brut was awarded 1 star. - IGP Sauvignon was awarded 1 star.
