Domaine Béatrice et Pascal Lambert produces wines of character and terroir. The Domaine has been organic for over 20 years and has been practicing Biodynamics since 2005. This in-depth approach is based on the balance between the plant, the soil and man. This practice attaches great importance to the rhythms of nature, particularly the cycle of the Moon. When these natural cycles are respected, the harmony created enables us to produce lively wines. From the vine to the cellar, no chemical inputs interfere, and composting on the estate, as well as treating our vines with plants, are part of our philosophy.
