Domaine du Croc du Merle

Between the Loire and Sologne, Domaine du Croc du Merle has been handed down from father to son since 1794. Independent winegrowers, we work our 12 hectares of vines from planting to vinification, respecting the traditions of AOC Cheverny and AOC Crémant de Loire. Come and taste our emblematic grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, Gamay... If you come directly to the Farm, you'll also discover our 100 dairy cows, fed on 99% GMO-free feed produced on our modern family farm. The milking robot is fully automated and all dairy products are processed on the farm and sold directly. (Cheese, Butter, Cream, Yogurt, Faisselle, Fromage Blanc...) Guided tours in June, July and August every Tuesday and Wednesday at 5pm.
